Renata Fine Arts Features Works By Joseph Presser and Rolph Scarlett,
two Mid Century American Artists. Born in Poland, Joseph Presser (1909-1967) had studios in New York City and Woodstock during the forties and fifties and continued painting through the sixties. The gallery is presenting six works on paper, done in gouache and pastels. Rolph Scarlett, a well -known American artist (1889-1984), worked in original abstract--or "Non Objective" -- forms that were boldly original. The gallery is presenting three works on paper.
