Biedermeier sofa (1840s) behind unusual Danish Deco center table (1930s)

 The Arenskjold's at 605 Warren Street have a large collection of Danish Kaehler pottery, dating from 1890-1950 and featuring the different artists who worked at the factory in Naestved, Denmark during that period.   This is fine example from the 1940's by Julia Kabel.  

These have to be the cosiest armchairs.   Pair of Danish Modern Chairs with fat corduroy pillows, and oak frames with leather straps, 1960's.   $2,200.  In our cellar at Arenskjold Antiques, 605 Warren Street, part of our new shipment.

Dyrberg Pedersen, 1964, was a Danish artist, quite the bohemian who hung out in the certain nightspots of Copenhagen in the 1950's and 1960's, know as the 'Minefields'.  Flanked by a pair of Murano birds (1950's)  and a vase by Sven Hammerschoi for Kaehler pottery, c 1920's.  Part of the redesign at Arenskjold Antiques, 605 Warren Street
